Very nasty short haired woman at the desk. So rude and rolling her eyes just because I had a few question. I still was super nice and told her I understood. But continued to have a very bad attitude. On top of that I left paying $124. 00 and my truck is still pulling just as bad as when I pulled in to get the alignment. Very shady establishment. Never will suggest this place. I went in today to get my tires balanced. They were booked out so I waited about a week for the appointment. But all good places will have a wait because people know they’re good. I used to live here (my family still does) but I do not anymore. My dad spoke highly of them so I knew it was worth the wait. While doing my tires the gentleman noticed I had oil leaking that I was unaware of. We have been using Northern Tire as our local business of choice for inspections, oil changes and tires for the last 5+ years. Based on our experience over the last year, we will no longer be going there and cannot recommend them. The tires that were installed back in 2024 - one tire was bad - in March 2025 we were told the new tire had come in but it was the wrong tire - fast forward to August 2025 we no longer have the truck and therefore no longer have to deal with this issue - we followed up 10+ times via text and phone.... read more
