If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my partner went in MULTIPLE times with the same issue of our brakes making noise like they were about to give out. Everytime they said they fixed it and the noise was still there. We now brought the car to Subaru and there over 2,000 dollars worth of things that need to be fixed ALL of which they (northern tire) could've fixed but instead decided to ignore it and charge us as if they actually did anything. Excellent! I had a flat and called them. They had the tires I needed in stock. I had four tires put on. Erica was very fair, fast, and professional.
