Have been dealing with jac at northern tiles! She has the best customer service and will give you all the dedicated time she can to make sure you leave there happy. Tile choice can be very daunting and confusing but she is so helpful and makes the experience so much more smooth sailing! Thanks Jacquelin you're the best!
I ordered and paid delivery for 4 sample tiles on the 24th of August. After multiple emails following up and asking for a refund as it had been 6 weeks and nothing had been shipped nor any communication from the company regarding this. Instead of issuing a refund the company decided to send out the sample tiles 7 weeks AFTER ORDERING! I previously informed them the sample tiles are no longer required due to the length of time, we had found tiles elsewhere and already installed them.
