We’re wonderful as our dog was ill. We had to let him go. It was heartbreaking and they were just so good to my wife.
Refused to take in a sick dog for appointment because it was considered a "new patient" since he hadn't been there in a couple years! Nobody's pet should be turned away when suffering regardless!!!
Best vet around Honest and very helpful every time I go. The dogs like him to this is a plus. His staff is very friendly and helpful also.It may take me longer to get to the vet but is worth it to me.
My family has been fortunate to have Northern Tier as our sole pet-care veterinarians! Every associate and the Drs. are always so welcoming, knowledgeable, and experienced no matter what the health situation is with any of our Dogs. The veterinarian used a tongue depresser that's used on big dogs on a 5 pound cat and made her gums bleed. Also was a liitle rough with the cat. I thought they were rude also. I think that I'll do my business somewhere else.
We take all our pets (3 dogs, 2 cats) and have ALWAYS had compassionate, caring service from all the staff. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
I've relied on this vet's office for years now--they are extremely efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't think of taking my dogs anywhere else!
the vets and assistants at ntvc are like family to me and my animals...they take outstanding care and go above and beyond ...
This clinic was very reasonably priced and very professional when I brought my female cat in to the fixed. They were great.
