Jeff is the best building in Utah. I personally do remodel work yet hired Jeff to do the work on my house in Park City and he did such a great job I had him build a 3000 square ft ADU. He is the only builder that I have met that is clear and honest with his communication. He takes the time to give you his thoughts on choices being made and is not afraid to throw a red flag up if something doesn't really work. Worked with Jeff on a new porch when mine was falling apart. He was! Readily available and very conscious of cost and my needs and wants. In addition, having a contractor that is on site doing most of the work themselves was absolutely amazing because I knew I could count on things getting done. I hired Jeff following a very bad experience with another GC, after which virtually everything for a giant renovation is having to be re-done. I simply got unlucky. Hiring NTB, on the other hand, made me feel like luck was once again on my side, as I couldn't have asked for a more professional and transparent experience. Jeff communicated with us daily from start to finish with our kitchen remodel. We had a wall removed and installed a large kitchen island with new floors, pantry and entry mud room. Jeff also built in new rails for our stairs and rails that separated the kitchen from our family room. He had amazing ideas and was very patient with us. We worked with Northern tier and had a wonderful experience. They built a beautiful addition on our home, and then remodeled the previously existing house. They are extremely professional, and have meticulous attention to detail. They are easy to work with, and they get it done right.
