Northern TapHouse used to be a spot I really enjoyed! They have some fantastic chicken wings, and their fun, over-the-top Bloody Marys are always a treat! Unfortunately, I've had a few experiences that have made me less eager to return. Depending on where you're seated at the bar, getting service can be a challenge. Wait staff was great, offered some good suggestions. Each plate arrived with one thing wrong, but nothing huge. It was toward the end of the night, so it wasn't busy, but we're a little picky.
We were passing through and this restaurant caught my eye. I was impressed with the service and the food. I had a Nashville hot chicken sandwich which was excellent. It's nice to have one that is hot when most places don't serve them correctly. My wife had the chicken tacos and said they were some of the best she's ever had. I highly recommend this establishment and we will be back for sure.
