A great experience from the get go. Jono was quick to provide me with a quote and also very patient since we took a couple of months to actually book the job. On the day of, Scott turned up and did a fantastic job on our small courtyard. He worked tirelessly for hours and we appreciate the level of professionalism he displayed! Thank you so ... read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with this synthetic grass company and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They helped me choose the perfect synthetic grass for my home and answered all of my questions along the way. The installation process was seamless and Scott and the crew were efficient and respectful of my property. They took the time to ensure that the synthetic grass was installed correctly and looked amazing. I couldn't ... read more

The guys were professional and meticulous and spent time ensuring that each step was completed properly. Courtney, who was the one who came out to give me the initial quote, was also a joy to deal with. I thought the price was fair and reasonable for ... read more

I can’t speak highly enough of Northern Synthetics, especially Scott and Jono. Firstly the quality of the work is out of this world. The customer service provided is second to none. I was a very specific customer with a particular vision. They not only listened and saw this vision, but were flexible enough and understanding when I wanted a change (through no fault of their own) and meant more work (and labour) for them. (Which I apologise for) The end result, I’m speechless. It’s exactly as I envisioned except better. Words ... read more
