Dr Sartaj Sandhu and the staff there have always been just lovely ... so kind and thoughtful. Dr Sandhu carried out my cataract and glaucoma management surgery at the Royal Albert Hospital. I can honestly say that the whole procedure was so smoothly & gently managed that I actually enjoyed it and felt fully confident at all times ... amazing! Thank, Northern Sydney Cataract!
From the lovely reception staff to the wonderful opthorpists and opthamologists Northern Sydney Cataract has always provided me with great care and results. Dr Vicky Lu has been absoutely amazing in examining and treating my macular condition with incredible results in restoring my lost vision.
Attended yesterday ,10/9/24 & the Whole Experience was Impressive from the Office Decor to the Admin. Staff, Tish the Assistant who were Very Friendly & Helpful, , & my Specialist, Dr Cheryl Au who was Extremely Professional, Courteous, & Attentive..

I waited over 50 minutes for my appointment. In the end i had to leave as I needed to get to a work meeting. Clearly it would have been at least an hour’s wait from my appointment time for a 30 minute (max) appointment. Nobody apologised nor really cared. Which suggests this is systems normal at this practice. Also it was clear that they were running incredibly late so why not call me ahead of time and tell me to come in later… and why is it that some doctors clearly believe their time is more valuable than anyone else’s.
