Terrible had an appointment at 3.30 waited an 90 minutes only 2 people including me left no one at reception left like a stray dog
REALLY THEY ROB YOU IN BOARD DAYLIGHT. I called them for booking and told I want to remove implant she said ok I asked about fee she said standard consultation fee $128. I went their today, after removing implant when I'm leaving Bill was $308 and out of pocket around $200. They have to notify me before procedure which they didn't. I wish I went to family planning centre same consultation fee but implant removal is bulk billed. You have to let us know charges before you do something I would never have proceeded. Don’t go to this clinic, they just want to take your money as much as possible. Doctors can’t even diagnose the disease or what happened to the patients.
Can never get through on the phone, been going here for over 15y, about to change
Dr Jackson will keep you waiting for an hour (not even over exaggerating) then he will beat around the bush to charge you a higher fee for time. Like the other reviews on here, THEY ROB YOU IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. Launceston Health Hub is much more efficient, effective and affordable.
