I've been here a few times for various odd panels but this will be the last. The customer service has gone down hill at a nose dive. The woman who I've spoken to each time ive been in before has been fantastic, unfortunately she no longer seems to be there and the grump answering the phone has absolutely no customer service skills. I worked at a glazier previously and ordering glass should never be so difficult. He talks to you like youre a fool.
Poor communication, subpar workmanship, and unprofessional service. Job was rushed and sloppy. Would not recommend Northern Suburbs Glass Service.

Went in yesterday to ask about getting the glass on my mirrors replaced. They said no worries we can do that for you, you just need to take them off for us and we can get it done for you on the Friday. Went to drop them in this morning for the owner to abuse my partner and refuse the service. Great business you are running, hope your attitude keeps bringing you no customers
