I'm very disappointed with the service my daughter has received. When we first saw Dr Kwok, she appeared to be competent and on the spot. Yet, after she completed a procedure for my daughter, charged all her fees, she was nowhere to be found. I called and sent emails requesting for an appointment to find out the results and she ignored us. I have had several procedures at the SAN, will be now transfering to the Eastern suburbs. While the care itself is good. The practice of the Gasteroenterologist to turn up just as you are coming out of sedation has proved detrimental to me asking relevant questions and getting clarification for issues I experienced. Eg H- pylori. Being seeing Dr Kwok for the past 10 years, cant speak enough on her experience and knowledge in the Gastro field and she actually cares about her patients and always happy to answer any questions
