Not sure why some of the reviews are negative because my experience with Northern Storage was 10/10. The reviews honestly gave me some anxiety, but everything went super smooth. I called to get a few valuables from my car and spoke with Desiree, who was so friendly and scheduled me the same day. Northern storage and tow where the only reputable people are the tow truck drivers. The rest of their workforce? Atrocious. They steal peoples property and then lie about it when confronted. Karma will come quick hope you thieves are prepared for lawsuits.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism or been treated so poorly, especially in an already upsetting situation. My car was repossessed due to a missed payment. As soon as I was able, I brought my account current, and the vehicle release statement was sent to Northern Storage first thing in the morning. When I called to arrange pickup, I was met with an incredibly rude and dismissive receptionist. I was informed that my vehicle was being held at a lot that was closed that day, me... read more
