Rude unprofessional manager that kept a car that was fully paid for and was mistakenly taken in the first place. Was told we were on our way there just lost she gave us the directions to get there and then when we arrived refused to open t he door, closed early, and laughed and hung up mocking us saying having a nice day (sarcastically) while hanging up the phone on our face. This place is a total nightmare. Their website claims they’re open Monday through Friday, but when I called, they allegedly only open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I have some concerns because my digital car reports show that my car was unlocked, even though they didn’t have a key and had no legal right to do so. Not sure why some of the reviews are negative because my experience with Northern Storage was 10/10. The reviews honestly gave me some anxiety, but everything went super smooth. I called to get a few valuables from my car and spoke with Desiree, who was so friendly and scheduled me the same day. When I got there, I chatted with (I believe his name was Lu), and he reassured me my car and belongings were safe and he was right, nothing was missing.When it was time to pick up my car, Desiree helped me again and made the process ... read more

Northern storage and tow where the only reputable people are the tow truck drivers. The rest of their workforce? Atrocious. They steal peoples property and then lie about it when confronted. Karma will come quick hope you thieves are prepared for lawsuits.
