I can’t say enough good things about Gwen and Northern Star. She really went above and beyond for my mom’s arrangements and helped such an awful time be more bearable. It was a very detail oriented and personable experience. She truly cared about honoring the amazing person my mother was and really went above our expectations. My mom means so much to me and I’m so glad Northern Star handled everything with such care.
I had the pleasure of collaborating with Ms. Hicks on a shipout to her facility. She was very professional and informative with details. I would highly recommend her services.
Not a 5 star review, Ms.Gwen is not the most pleasant person to speak to, she is not polite and hangs up on you before you're finished speaking. Being the business owner one would think she would act more profesional but that is not the case and of course there is no superior to report her to because she owns the place. For future businesses we will use a more profesional Funeral Home.
