RecommendedI have been a member since the 80’s, everyone has been kind and friendly and helpful to me no matter what branch I went to. I used to have a visa credit card that I paid off a few times, and one time I wanted to increase the limit and they wouldn’t, so I closed it and that was that, never got another one and I’m still here. We have been a member for a long time. The only thing I would change, is when the first of the month falls on a weekend that it is deposited then instead of waiting for Monday or Tuesday. Otherwise, everything is fine.
My grandfather was a LONGTIME member here, he unfortunately passed away last month. When he found out he was sick he put me as the beneficiary to his acct so I could take care of his affairs. When I notified the bank of his passing (the Portsmouth Blvd location) she stated I needed to be Executive of Estate before she could tell me anything. LIE NUMBER ONE AND TWO. After speaking with Probate, I was informed that it is Administrator of Estate as Executive is of a living person AND that all I need is his death certificate. Th... read more

The bank isn’t open on Saturday’s and you can’t make deposits from the ATM. It’s an unfortunate inconvenience, otherwise it’s ok.
