I have been going to Northern Star for about 18months and see Laramie Valle LPC, it has been a great experience for me I was struggling with depression and anxiety and Laramie has been wonderful in helping me with my mental health, I am very thankful for Northern Star Counseling.
I’ve have seen the amount of work the owner puts into this business!! She and the other therapists and the receptionist are very caring! It’s a very comforting environment! They are very dedicated to what they do, not just being there for helping you but there to make you feel appreciated and welcome like family!! This business is wonderful and amazing! I see how everyone at this business really enjoy what they do!! To mention as well, the therapy dogs are amazing, they make it so fun!!
It’s been about a year since my last visit, but I struggled with significant ptsd and anxiety from medical trauma from my daughter’s nicu stay. I did counseling with Mary Ellen Sternitzke and EMDR therapy and it has made a world of difference in my life. Very wonderful receptionist. My therapist is wonderful, very understanding, caring and has helped me a lot. Everyone I have had the chance to talk to in passing are very friendly.
