After being a customer for ten years, I took the price increases in stride because they delivered when I called. Recently I switched companies for financial reasons only (3 year lock at .25 cheaper). I was quoted over the phone my refund amount, however was NOT informed of the fees... A simple "I forgot about that and I'm sorry" is evidently good enough to cover $256.56 in charges. Pretty shady if you ask me.
They deliver my home propane. Seems reasonable to me. Haven't used the gas station in Long Prairie so I cannot comment on that.
