Unsafe Welding Conditions at NSI Stamping in Valley View, Ohio I worked a shift at NSI Stamping in Valley View, Ohio and the welding environment was extremely unsafe. The welding machines produced so much smoke and fumes that the entire warehouse filled up, with no proper ventilation system in place. The old exhaust fans and open garage doors were not enough to clear the welding fumes, leaving the air heavy with toxic smoke. Ms.Bella was super helpful and awesome she really has a knack for her position she’s great.
One of the filthiest, unsafe,&worst places I've ever worked at.....the so called " union" is in the pocket of the company......you have no rights.....and the Ohio Dept. Of Labor shut down the bathrooms because of all the health code violations.....be warned and don't waste your sweat.
