4/5 I’m grateful for my time at NSI as a Robotic Weld Tech. The robotic weld tech team is the strongest and the best I’ve worked with in Ohio—disciplined, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. Maintenance, jig/fixture repair, supervisors, and training coordinators were also professional and helpful, and several weld ops matched that same pride in quality and work ethic. Unsafe Welding Conditions at NSI Stamping in Valley View, Ohio I worked a shift at NSI Stamping in Valley View, Ohio and the welding environment was extremely unsafe. The welding machines produced so much smoke and fumes that the entire warehouse filled up, with no proper ventilation system in place. The old exhaust fans and open garage doors were not enough to clear the welding fumes, leaving the air heavy with toxic smoke. One of the filthiest, unsafe,&worst places I've ever worked at.....the so called " union" is in the pocket of the company......you have no rights.....and the Ohio Dept. Of Labor shut down the bathrooms because of all the health code violations.....be warned and don't waste your sweat.
