My experience with Northern was really incredible. I dealt with Tommy P,. Anna and Darrin in Aug of '24. I was just blown away by their friendly and knowledgeable approach. In particular, Tommy helped me out by replacing a rusted (off brand), problematic ladder with a quality Northern one. As it turns out, he discovered that my existing ladder was also not properly sized for my application. The replacement is night and day and is MG316. His advise was spot on and very informative.
