Called Northern Son about some warranty work on the deck they built for me two summers ago. (Mother nature caused a corner to drop an inch) Hal and his team showed up almost right away without hesitation and lifted and filled the low spot. Customer service has been above and beyond since day one with every txt and call answered. They even went a step farther fixing a broken gate and adding sealer to the cut ends of the deck. I highly recommend Northern Son for any type of home improvement, deck, fence and more. 5 stars.
We only asked for an estimate but the knowledge and feedback he provided was beyond expected and his expertise as a Red Seal carpenter with 35 years experience in the field is extensive and it shows in conversation. He is trustworthy, reliable and offers competitive prices. I will be using him for any future construction or renovation needs as they come up.
Prompt and accurate estimating along with workmanship and little extra touches that were noticed and done just because it was right to do ! Will absolutely be using again for my next project
