This is a great place to stay outside of Fairbanks. It is beautiful location with a mushing history.
Great Aurora experience we had. Our party of 7 just returned home from Northern Sky Lodge yesterday. This was a third stay within 7 years. Northern Lights were just beautiful. Thanks to the location of the lodge, we have not been bothered by any lights. It's a perfect location. The lodge itself is well cleaned and the service is always friendly you can stay very comfortable! We look forward to coming back again next year!
Had a great time. It’s very comfortable and the managers are extremely kind and fast to help; if you contact them for anything they respond right away and are very understanding! The view outside is beautiful and so are the rooms. It’s about 40 minutes away from Fairbanks, so if you need to uber you should keep in mind to schedule it in advance or you may not get one because of the seclusion.
