Excellent response time, communication and service! Eric returned my call a few minutes after I reached out in the morning. I had an AC unit down at a vacation rental we rent out in Dunbar, WI. He was prompt professional and fixed the issue same day which will make my guests happy when they arrive in a couple days. We will add Northern Sheet Metal Heating and Air to our list of companies to call for future work... Thanks Eric!

Only tries to sell you a new system and refuses to service or repair older furnaces and boilers. Extremely unprofessional and ignores calls for help. No integrity or honor. As a response to this owner claiming I never contacted them. I absolutely did contact them three times. They just didn't want to deal with a service call. Amateur.
