Attempting to collect for a measly 30 dollars does not involve such a rude attitude nor does it require threats. Simply answer the questions asked by the person (in this case me) and provide the proof. Especially since you are attempting to collect money that I never even received a bill for prior to your letter, and it's over 6 years old. Whomever took my call on 3/25/26 needs a reality check in customer service skills or a new job.
They keep calling me and have the wrong number. They sound like scammers.

Paid my debt through them and they never reported it paid to TransUnion. Edit: when I reached them, the lady was very helpful and had the record of the debt removed altogether, took 2 months to go through
