They always respond quickly.
Called Northern Septic letting them know that I had sewer gas leak and a clogged drain. They said a technician would call me. He did and I asked for a smoke test, and I inquired how much it was cost. He said $75 for a visit and it's usually a trap. The plumber came and spent 30 minutes on the phone with his supervisor, a 15-minute smoking break, and plumbed the outside drain/vent stack (20 minutes).
