I’ve dealt with Northern Security in the past and always found their service to be excellent, but tonight was truly over the top! Adrien and Richard went above and beyond to help my son when he was in a tough situation. They stayed well past closing time — over 30 minutes — just to make sure he wasn’t left stuck. It wasn’t an easy job, but they refused to give up until it was done. Their kindness, patience, and dedication were incredible. I’m so grateful for their help and can’t thank them enough!

An equipment malfunction caused a delay in replacing my car key fob and my car inoperable. Mike was very much a stand up businessman, quickly agreeing to cover the costs including car rental. I'm very happy with their service.
