I needed my collapsed garden bed wall repaired. Bob came out for the estimate and was very professional and knowledgeable. I received the estimate the next day. I spoke with their receptionist a few days later to give the go ahead. Then, nothing for 2.5 months. I messaged the receptionist again, no response, but the following Monday, I came home and the job was completed while I was work. Then I didn't get a bill for almost a month. The work is well done, we'll see if it holds up, but communication is absolutely horrific.
