We have known Rob for years and he is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He even came to our rescue one night in a snowstorm! His work is excellent, his work ethic is excellent. Had an early morning septic back up, they arrived within a few hours! Were very nice. And very knowledgeable. Turns out it wasn’t just a back up but our pipe to our tank broke. After them walking my husband through how to fix the issue we were able to get our tank fixed in one day (with help from friends) and it up and functioning again! Would use them again in a heartbeat!
We had an issue with our toilet suddenly backing up. You can imagine how serious this was, so we called Northern Sanitation. Dave, who was just leaving to go home answered, and without hesitation he came right out, knew exactly what to do, and to quote Larry the cable guy, “got ‘er done!” What can you say? I thought that type of service was gone for good! Yet, Dave and his assistant, came! Thank you so much
