Heater in my motorhome decided to quit working while visiting north Minnesota. Gave them a call and got an appointment the very next morning. Tech was prompt and professional. Had the board replaced and up and running within 45 minutes. I would recommend Northern Roots for service needs.

Wes was responsive, prompt, efficient, personable and professional. He installed a new water pump and fixed a drawer in my Airstream while staying at Red River Rec. Area. Highly recommend!

It was great to work with Wes to de-winterize our camper. As new camper owners we did not know what we were getting into. Wes was very straight forward and explained everything to us thoroughly. He gave us a lot more confidence as camper owners. Not to mention the de-winterizing was done well and quickly.
