Adrianna has been great from the first phone call, arranging an inspection with short notice then taking time with us, introducing us to the property and the area. She pointed us to the right finance people, solicitors and guided us through the process with the patience and reassurance needed for our first home purchase. Dealt with many real estate agents and this is the worst! Never had a phone call, would only respond via text. Had been communicating our interest and was doing our checks when next we see online the property was under offer. Reached out to enter the offer, was told it was under contract? We were looking to buy and found they gave out wrong information. Buyer beware, do your building and pest reports because they will tell you anything!

Extremely disappointed with service for a number of reasons: Agents do not answer the phone - ever! Will allow the call to ring out in their hand then text back immediately asking what’s up. Unable to speak on the telephone ever! A number of issues at the property which such as broken solar panels (when specifically asked about the solar, agents promised they were fully functional with vendors having no bills). While Adrianna and Paul are nice people I found them unprofessional and even close to breaking industry rules. Wanted to purchase property but unfortunately you cannot choose agent when you buy a home… best wishes Reply to the response>> Thanks for your feedback Igor.
