So relieved to have found a good, friendly service team at Ballina Isuzu. Ruwan and Tony have been incredible. Taking care of any issues that have surfaced with my car. Tony has been insightful and helpful, Ruwan has catered to every question or concern I have had. I bought a 2023 second hand MUX from QLD and Tony and the team have looked after me like it was their own. Very disappointing, we have rang the service team 3 times in the the last week and still waiting for a call back. Tried both Ballina and Lismore, told each time someone will contact you. I don't believe they are that busy that they can't return a call to book a service. Will not be bothering them again.
Always helpful. Really take care of your vehicle.
