Sales person Emily was so great and helpful no prob too big and was the only Sales person in Lismore that came out to greet us! Toyota and Subaru missed out on our business .
Very bad service, especially no updates and poor communication. It took almost 3 months just to identify the issue. Better to go anywhere else but Honda Lismore if you want your car back soon and peace of mind. I spent 3 months under constant tension.
Have been trying to book my car (Honda HRV) in for a service, and no one calls back. Have made four phone calls over four days, each time I get told they will ring me back and CC the manager, yet still haven't heard a word from anyone. Appalling service from such a big company.
No returning my messages and no email either I asked them to get back to me about the GPS maps issue when I had my car serviced there - no response. It's terrible.
The best team you will find, eager to assist with any purchase or concern you may have! 5 star service.
