I had the most amazing remedial massage this week with Kristy. She has such a healing touch and really took the time to understand what my body needed. I walked away feeling lighter, more aligned, and deeply relaxed. Kristy is warm and professional. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and it truly shows in the care she gives. I highly recommend her to anyone needing some deep body care and restoration!
I recently had treatment at the Alstonville clinic for back pain after a challenging period with our then-new born baby where I had been lifting him up all through the night.
