Very poor customer service. I arrived for booked electrical work on my boat with an 8.5-metre trailer and was immediately met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude from the service attendant. I asked for assistance reversing the trailer (purely some visual guidance as there was a power box protruding from the spot he wanted me to park in and I could not see that corner of the boat)—something entirely reasonable given its size—but was abruptly told he had no time, despite there being no other customers present.
