The receptionist said she was too busy to answer multiple phone calls, return my phone message or answer my email all done more than an hour before my appointment, I feel very sorry for her as she was no doubt telling the truth based on how busy things were. This is my second consultation with Dr Pallavi and I find her to be extremely attentive and helpful. She listens carefully to all my concerns and answers any question I have. As I was unaware of my diagnoses, Dr Pallavi made sure to rule out any other problems before I saw her today. My experience has been lovely and I hope to continue working with her in order stay healthy.
My experience with Dr Maxwell was incredibly positive. After over 16 months of medical gaslighting and struggling to find any help whatsoever for my condition that has progressed so far as to ruin my quality of life. Today was my first appointment with Dr Pallavi Shamdasani. She is the second Rheumatologist I’ve seen in a matter of months, myself and my GP were disappointed with the first. I found Pallavi very through in her questioning of my health history. She had also clearly reviewed my long range of blood tests. After a through review this morning she repeated back to me all that I had said, (which was a lot). She heard and retained it all. I absolutely felt heard.
