Wish I could give this a big fat zero. Pulled into the driveway and his dog was barking and jumped on my car and scratched the heck out of it. Then proceeded not to be willing to work on my car! I was very polite and didn’t bring up the fact his dog scratched my car. Absolutely unacceptable and embarrassing!!!
