House keepers lied about the condition of the home and rental agency not open to negotiating a middle ground. Will not rent from this agency ever again.
House was decent and was what was expected. The rental agency itself is not a reputable company. They lied about the condition of the house and way over charged for a stain on the carpet caused by a pet. There is no way one stain caused 240.00 in clean up charges, We admitted to the one spot and were willing to pay 125.00. ...which seemed way more than enough.
