Trying to reach anyone at this hospital is a joke. You call & the automated system tells you the operator is assisting another caller. Then when you try to use the automated system, all you hear is “I’m sorry, the call was not answered” and back to the “operator is busy assisting another caller”. I have called 27 times in 45 minutes and this is the run around you get when you call.
I had a long wait time to get in thru ER, but I had a great experience in ICU and 3rd floor. Tess the night nurse was especially attentive and kind. I appreciate the staff and ask they do. Thank you!
I went in on Christmas night with a painful ear infection. The staff were all very friendly and the overall experience was great. It was slow goven the holiday so I was able get in and out in about 30 minutes.
