Honest, reliable, and easy to use your services
Easy to do business with and I got what was promised. I was able to send silver and get paid directly instead of paying my company and that was important to me. I only sent a 7-pound lot to try them and they still processed my silver. Most refineries want a minimum of 10 pounds. They were very responsive to emails and I will do business with them again!
Charge me 24 percent not 3 percent of total melt value. It seems that they are not reliable and sneaky. Will say anything to get your business and does not give you any contract or guarantees. Afterward the melt they charge you whatever they want and lie about the weight of your metals. Horrible.... go to a pawn shop and get the same payout!

One week from receipt of package the good folks at Northern Refineries had a check in my hand. Payout was a little more than expected. For stuff that had been sitting around in a drawer for years. Highly recommended.
