Terrible company from my viewpoint. Made an appointment last fall to have snow blower picked up for a tune up. They never showed up; I left a message asking why my blower hadn't been picked up; never got a call back.
Great small business run by honest and hard working employees. I recommend giving them a shot at repairing your mower.
I had worked done on my Craftsman YS4500 riding mower and the Northern Power Equipment folks were awesome. They picked my mower up for annual maintenance and an oil leak. My mower came back not only repaired well, it came back cleaner than it's been in years. Even the engine compartment was clean. Joe was great to work with. Thanks Northern Power.
