Burst pipe, advice given to stop water, then attended and fixed issue, excellent service.
Due to the mixed reviews, I was unsure about this place but decided to go along as I’ve seen a good offer on Facebook marketplace. I have to say, I’m glad I went as I found the staff very helpful. The showroom was well kitted out and I managed to bag a bargain. when I had a problem with my payment Matt was really flexible. All the staff looked after me when I needed a drink and was really dehydrated. They readily helped me laid my tiles and took time to discuss any queries I had. Not very good at all.. Half arsed staff and a messy showroom that's unfinished and just a total mess.. looks more like a storage unit than a 'show room'. Not ideal when deciding on expensive items that can't even be viewed in person properly. Plenty of better merchants across Barnsley with better prices and stock. Avoid.
