I don't like this practice; especially the lady up front. She is very unprofessional. I'm never heard which is very frustrating. Our 2 month old son has been very difficult and fussy since birth. We've lost tons of sleep and have cried a lot ourselves trying to figure out what was wrong with our baby. He always seemed to scream in pain constantly. Dr. Burrell became our family doctor and was my OB starting in 2009. He delivered my son, now 12 years old. He is practical, thorough, and cares deeply for his patients. When I was pregnant with my now 8 year old twins, I had medical complications and he had tried contacting me various ways on a Saturday and finally got a hold of me and directed me with what I needed to do. Dr. Burrell is fantastic! I trust him completely with my health! He is thorough, compassionate and it is obvious that he cares deeply for his patients!
The receptionist has the a terrible attitude and is absolutely disrespectful to patients. I am no longer going to be a patient of this practice. Tired of being treated like this!
