Packages get stolen all of the time and they refuse to get cameras. Even turned down the offer when the police department offered to buy for them because it doesn't break any law. Just makes you wonder what is there to hide. But yeah I and other tenants have lost hundreds worth of packages.

1.Tawnie, our property manager, is truly exceptional and highly responsive. Since joining our complex, she has consistently provided us with excellent communication and has gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction as tenants. Overall we really enjoy these apartments. There are only a few down sides: We are in bldg 3701 and there is definitely someone who smokes weed. Frequently, the hallways smell strongly of it. I know it is a pretty universal problem for the whole complex, but it would be nice if some security measures could be taken to stop the rampant package theft. Other than that, we love the pet-friendly environment and have no complaints!
