Overall I would say great experience living here so far. They are quick about repairs and getting on people about noise levels so from that standpoint id say 5/5. From a taking care of your tenants perspective I would say 3/5. I think more can be done regarding tye safety of tenants like installing keypads for both sides of the building and installing cameras in the mail room to prevent theft. Price isnt too bad; whether you work on base or off base in town the drive isnt bad.
I moved here from the East Coast to be near my daughter and her family. This is my first time living in an apartment since I own a home back East. I have had an amazing experience so far. When a repair is needed or an appliance has broken my work orders have been answered extremely fast and efficiently. I have no complaints at all and the past 2 years have been wonderful. No issues in my building with package deliveries or loud neighbors. Thank you IMM for doing a great job.
Packages get stolen all of the time and they refuse to get cameras. Even turned down the offer when the police department offered to buy for them because it doesn't break any law. Just makes you wonder what is there to hide. But yeah I and other tenants have lost hundreds worth of packages.
