Sometimes the water was an issue (older pipes needing to be replaced), but other than that its the best park around. They are very nice and quiet. Just recently sold because we bought property. Manager was very helpful throughout the process.
I gave it one star because I can't give it any thing less then one. This park sucked I was unhappy there. I only lived there 3 months.
Northern pines use to be a nice park. The water nd sewer there are deplorable. And the new management has virtually made the park a real lower class form of living.....
