My husband had an ear infection and went into the walk in hours and received care. The diagnosis may have been incorrect because the prescription had no effect and actually made his ear infection worse, going deaf in his right ear. Tried going back in during walk in hours and the receptionist was extremely rude. Told him if it’s the same ear, he can’t come back to walk in hours. Every time I have visited Sydney, I have had to wait over 45 minutes past my appointment time. We stopped taking our young children to northern pines for the same reason, last year. They do not value their patients time.
Excellent care from Northern Pines Health Center and friendly staff. Dr. Hewitt has been my primary care physician for 10 years.
