Applied for a 2 bedroom apartment. According to their website a processing fee is $ 30 but was charged $60. According to the WRITTEN lease water would be $25 per person but Mike said that's old info & new rate is $50 per person. Its mind boggling this man is a medical doctor working locally. If u have other options I would run as fast as u can
Terrible manipulative person
This guy Mike needs some mental help before he gets himself into some shit. Called my Pregnant Wife yesterday and yelled at her because he didn’t want to get his apartment inspected because he knows it wouldn’t pass because he’s a piece of shit slum-lord. Better not call neither one of our phones again.
