I purchased a car roof cage. The owner assured me that it was the right one for my SUV, and that I would have no trouble attaching it to my roof racks. It actually was the wrong one and my mechanic was unable to put it on. I phoned to arrange return and refund. Was accused of using it for what I wanted it for and now trying to palm it back off to him, which is 💯 % not true. He swore at me several times using the F and B words, and refused to do the right thing! Great way to do business - not!Â
