I showed up for my appointment and talked to the receptionist about not having any issues so I was not going to need their services. No one touched me. No one did any physical therapy and they still bill my insurance company for a full physical therapy session. This is plain and simple Insurance Fraud but I still had to pay the bill. I don’t know if their rehab is any good but I hope you get what you pay for at this place because I sure didn’t. Good luck with them!!
Chad Sterk and Destiny Klinkner did a great job. It was a very enjoyable experience working with them. They are very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and gave me great exercises and stretches to do. Through working with them my muscles were strengthened, my knee pain was relieved, and I don’t need surgery.
My husband is showing much more strength in shoulder, arms.
Great experience for first time ever having therapy. Totally recommend Ivy.
