Oct of 2019 I learned I needed a total knee replacement. My surgeon wrote me an Rx for pre-habilitation. When I attended my Joint replacement class I learned from the hospital therapist, I could choose any PT I wanted, as the first one I had an appointment with was very negative and started me on exercises that had little to do with my knee..
