IMO, they're the go to in the area! Ever since we've started using them, we have had no issues with pests. They let you know in advance when it's time for them to come restock, and leave an update on our door once the work has been complete. Definitely would recommend if you're having issues with any pests or other creatures in or around your home!
By far the best pest control business I have ever utilized. Staff is friendly and prompt to answer any and all questions, very knowledgeable about their business. Would recommend them to anyone in the UP experiencing issues.
Norther Pest did a great job. We were experiencing mice in our summer home and the tech arrived promptly to survey out structure and property. After discussing our option, we chose to use external bait traps. Once we scheduled the work, the tech showed up when promised and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. My family and I would highly recommend Northern Pest.
We received an outside barrier treatment and an inside bait treatment for asian ladybug beetles. They were able to come out the very next day. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. We appreciated the friendliness of the office staff and the technician as we have been treated poorly by a company that we had previously used.
Had mouse bait stations put around our camp. Have been working great.
