Had an initial implant consult with Dr Chin. She was extremely professional, friendly, careful and respectful. She explained the implant process in detail, and worked hard to answer all of my many questions. She clearly explained possible complications, pricing and next steps - a great experience. Recommended.
I didn't even get through the front door, their reception staff member was extremely discourteous. I wouldn't trust someone who employs a person like that to work on my teeth. I went elsewhere!

I have made several visits to Northern Periodontics & Implants, for a consultation on my suitability for dental implant and then the implant procedure. Terri-Lee welcomed me to the clinic, she made me feel comfortable and I formed the impression that I would be well cared for. Dr Mark Farmer introduced himself, he has a calm and friendly demeanour.
