We have had a great experience with Northern Pacific Power Systems and our solar panel/system install. Sebastian helped answer all of the many questions we had up front and was very knowledgeable. Alex has been great as the project manager, making sure everything moved very efficiently from start to finish. The whole team and crew were professional and friendly. Everyone at NPP was a pleasure to work with. Dan Moran any his crew made the process seamless, and enjoyable as well. They accommodated all my requests and questions and Dan made himself readily available for follow up service needs. Also great to know they continue to monitor the system after installation. Of my 4 neighbors who have solar, 3 of them had moderate to major issues. Also the 30% off price for 2026 gave me the opportunity to upgrade to a second battery.
Northern Pacific Power replaced our failed old solar system with a new system that includes a Tesla Powerwall and more panels than we had originally. The work went smoothly and our system is running well. Dan Moran was particularly helpful as the project manager. He kept the project moving through the many phases of required paperwork, and after the final installation he took a lot of time to explain the Tesla app to me.
