They only provide hearing test service, they don't give the hearing aid device. The only hearing aid device office they work is Romero hearing aid and they only accept CalOptima Direct. The office was unable to provide further assistance. Told to call CalOptima to find other location, but CalOptima says they don't carry list of providers, but if we have a name they can check if the provider accepts your insurance. Overall, the doctor was very kind but the follow up process is being difficult so far.
Went in for swollen lymph nodes and pain in my neck and throat, fever, and night sweats etc., Dr Lee bragged how he’s the guy that figures out what other Dr’s can’t, sent me for a CT scan, had to wait 6 weeks for what I was told would be a zoom call to discuss the results, day came and his office staff called to collect 85.00, upon payment I was told it would be a phone call not a zoom, call lasted 45 seconds at most, I was told the CT scan didn’t reveal anything and he didn’t see the need for a return visit, I’m going to ha... read more
Doctor Lee help me avoid 3 ear surgeries because of his preventative measures and follow ups. His staff is friendly and helpful.
One(guy )of the receptionists was extremely rude to answer the phone. I decided not to proceed my thyroid test.. Fortunately that isn't the only ENT .
Calling him James because I refuse to believe he’s a doctor, if you want serious help go somewhere else don’t even bother coming here, listen to the reviews for real for real
